Galloway Hills 2014
Mixed fortunes here for SOSCC crews. David Bogie and Kevin Rae were using this as a Wales Rally GB test session for the Fiesta in gutless, (smaller restrictor) R5 trim but nonetheless managed to finish 2nd overall. Niall Cowan finished his first ever rally and was well chuffed. Jim Robertson and Colin Maxwell suffered yet more electrical problems and non-finished again – It’s not been a good year for these two. Greg and Chris McKnight suffered several broken suspension and wheel bits that caused a non-finish and Scott and David Sloan put in a a very late entry but Scott admits they were off the pace all day.
