Jack Frost
SOSCC members, James Robertson and Colin Maxwell, were competing at Croft Circuit today on the Jack Frost stages, seeded at number 52.
This event was simply a warm up event for the pair and their Citroen C2 R2, in preparation for an assault on the 2014 Scottish Rally Championship. Nonetheless, they were lying 33rd at lunch, having had a big spin on stage 4, losing a bit of time and damaging the bumper. They carried on unabated and eventually finised 34th overall and 7th in class.
Next event for them is the Snowman Rally in February, the first round of the SRC and they’ll be aiming to improve on their 2013 results, where they finished 2nd and 3rd respectively in their class and Jim won the F2 category.
